Thumb Wrestling Federation Fights
Off All Comers

It's official,
Thumb Wrestling Federation: TWF has fought off the competition and
walked away with the ultimate prize -- being crowned the most watched
children's show in the U.K. BROADCAST magazine's July 25 2008 issue
carried the news as part of its ratings round-up, listing the TWF
transmission on Monday July 14 at the top of the children's pile
above other hugely popular shows such as GRANGE HILL and
NEWSROUND.
Created by Animation Collective, an independent
creator of children's entertainment in the U.S., TWF is broadcast
across both BBC1 and BBC2's children's programming and daily on the
CBBC channel. The BBC has bought all four seasons of the series, with
the fourth currently in production due to be delivered in the
fall
Licensed by Bulldog, the list of U.K. TWF licensees
continues to grow. DVDs from Delta are on the shelves at major
retailers, with products from Sambro, Aykroyds/TDP, Roy Lowe &
Sons, Panini, Random House and Danilo already solid into stores for
fall 2008.
